Please read this before registering โ€” it reflects the 1-year warranty terms for all Maxi Home products.

Covered

Covered under warranty (1 year)

  • Manufacturing defects in your product's fabric, leather, metal actions and body impression, present upon delivery
  • Mechanism, springs, tracks and loose parts
  • Repair works and replacement parts โ€” no charge for labour or parts
Not covered

Not covered

  • Surface condition once delivery is accepted โ€” peeling or cracking leather, torn stitches or fabric, discolouration, or any contactable surface
  • Mattresses (covered separately by the principal distributor)
  • Damage from abuse, burning, staining, misuse or excessive wear and tear
  • Products bought from unauthorised dealers, or with a defaced or removed product label
  • Damage from fire, flood or other Acts of God
  • Discolouration, oxidisation or damage from chemical agents
Warranty period

Coverage runs for 1 year from your delivery date, across all Maxi Home Furnishing products.

Transport fee

A $80 transport charge applies per site visit for any replacement or servicing, payable prior to the visit โ€” this applies whether or not the claim is found to be covered.
